“Delivery arrived on day 12, I put that down to current Covid situation. However don't bother signing up your email or mobile phone number to get delivery information updates, they are non existent. I had to call chat online, twice to find out where my order was. Putting that aside I ordered the 1.8m trough which was very well made, plus some extra decking. Overall experience made me question whether I would buy from again. Hence middle of the road rating. I hope that it was just a hiccup in the service.”

“Delivery very good, on time and helpful driver. The timber was very wet, as if it had been soaking in water. wont be able to use it for some weeks. A disapointment.”

“We have yet to upend the packs so can’t yet comment on the quality of the product. Sadly, you were rather badly let down by your transport company. The vehicle was a day late delivering and was not roadworthy: one tail light out; doors held closed with string; driver couldn’t hold the vehicle on a slight slope to pull away as the handbrake wasn’t working.”
