“Service is second to known. We purchased a Scott 3-seaters in gold. when delivered, we realised the colour was not quite right for our decor. The delivery guy packed it up and took it away with no fuss. We called customer service and re-arranged a new delivery day. The sofa is now sitting in my living room. It is comfy and looks gorgeous. The only downside with ordering this product is that the colour of the couch does not match that in the picture, which is considerably more vibrant. All in all, great products and outstanding customer service.”

“Furkan could not be more helpful and I purchased the Rubeza Paula Sofa collection because of his support and helpfulness. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 5th April delivery and you get sent the App so you can track the journey right up to your address where you are ready and waiting. Wow!! The sofa is as good as it gets. Perfect in every way. Colour is spot on and the quality looks equally as good. We are super happy and super comfortable with our new purchase. Well done to Furkan, the delivery guys and thank you for a pleasant experience and fabulous looking sofa. Highly recommend..”

“I have a two-seater (Leo) with a matching footstool bench and an armchair in the same lovely colour but this is from the Scott range. The furniture is lovely quality, very comfortable and well-made. I would highly recommend Rubeza for their excellent customer service, delivery guys and overall price quality and style of their furniture.”

“i was weary at first as it's an online sofa shop but i must be honest and say that the quality of product and service is second to none . the first order was scott chaise corner sofa and i changed my mind after delivery and wanted an exchange. the staff Rubeza did not charge me anything extra to swap it over! i only paid the difference of the upgraded sofa sofia. the delivery guys carried it all the way to our annex and assembled it free of charge and with pleasure. will definitely buy again.”
