“Prompt delivery, nice product (2-headed shower / Thermo mixer tap ) … only negative was that when it arrived we found the H and C connections needed an adapter - which RubberDuck also sell - but it delayed installation. Other bathroom details are nearly finished but we have not yet tried using the shower. Matt Black finish looks good in the room though.”

Good Morning Mr Haggerty, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback. We are surprised to see the feedback received, given the fact we detail the deliveries from the couriers and manufacturers we connect to are kerbside only across the website. This is not to be awkward. It's a simple case of safety given current events and they're not insured to enter the end users property. We can however see that your bath was heavily discounted, placed on a pallet to protect the item in transit and it arrived in a timely fashion too! “We have recently received our towel rail ordered via Rubberduck bathrooms which was ordered in April and did not arrive until the end of May (no communication on this lead time). Only to find the box damaged and the rad inside. Rubberduck will not do anything about this as we are beyond are lead time of checking, I have never experienced such lack of customer services. I will never order from this company again!”

Hi Claire, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received on your order. Apologies for the initial delay. We do hold these in stock, but we've had to order more in recently. We can see an update on the delivery window was passed on over at the time. On the damage notification, we do detail across the website and in emails sent both pre and post purchase, that we have to report damage within a reasonable timeframe. Also, any damage to packaging should be noted and signed for as damaged at the time then reported to us ASAP. As this was reported 15 days after delivery was completed, the couriers would not accept liability for any apparent damage. Again, we're sorry about the issues faced here. I purchased a shower three years ago at a third of the price that luxury bathroom companies were charging and it is still immaculate. This week I needed to source a Thomas Pegler tap and RubberDuck appeared in the search. With 30 percent off, this was, again, excellent value. I spoke to a member of staff as my online payment had failed to accept. He assured me it was an ongoing problem with some visa transactions, but he had my order on their system and I was able to pay over the phone. A 5 star service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

Price 5 star Quality 5 Star Service 5 Star Delivery 5 Star I was looking to renovate my bathroom and get rid of some horrible features in there, namely; the artex and corner bath. I looked around a lot of places for wall panels as I did not want to tile, as I was tired of regrouting every now and then. Plus we had same water damage so this presented a great opportunity for change. There are many companies out there that do wall panels. However I would thoroughly recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd. Their deals were by far the best and their products even more so. Their service was excellent, even during the pandemic. Admittedly when I ordered the wall panels I didn't expect them for a few weeks as they mentioned a backlog, but i got them within a week which was great! The panels are very good quality as well and the unique joining features meant they were easy to fit together. I would recommend getting a power saw as I did it all by hand and it took me while 🤣. They are also strong panels that can take a hit, which I found out a few times when handling them into position and no damage done. The other accessories such as adhesive, sealant ans the corner joints are also very good quality. As you can see the from the pictures attached that these are far better than tiles and artex! Thank you so much to Rubberduck bathrooms Ltd, you have made our dream bathroom a reality!”
