“Delivery was on time, unfortunately we weren’t able to check package upon delivery and when it did get used it was discovered that quite a lot of the panels were damaged, however an email with pics was sent to supplier and they did over look their 24 hour damage check policy and sent us new panels, Pamela are quite flimsy and easily damaged so care needs to be taken when putting up looks great though would definitely buy from this company again”

“The shower walling is beautiful - the pattern is larger than it appeared on line, bit disappointing but I can live with that. The recommendation for 1 tube of 'sealant' per sheet is way out, after following the instructions to the letter, it fell off the wall - not funny when it's 2m high! Had to be propped up with acrows until the sealant took - this was using the recommended stuff, had to buy more but went locally as not paying even more delivery charges, especially when it's not working. Still work in progress!”

“Mine was a large order and took weeks to complete. Of course, one wouldn’t expect everything to go smoothly. But through all the stages of choosing, purchasing, delivery, reordering etc, Connor and Jamie were always very friendly, kind and professional. They had to get a Christmas card each from me and I’ve got three beautiful bathrooms and a stunning guest loo. What more could I ask for? I will be using their services again of course .”

Good afternoon Steve, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with damage on delivery. We pack these items using heavy cardboard edge protection and plastic wrap to ensure the protection remains in place during transit. Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products we send out. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. We do listen and learn from customer feedback and we are looking into ways to negate the increase in courier damages during the busier periods. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here. If ever you need anything in the future give us a call and we'll make sure the next one is much better!
