We have recently received our towel rail ordered via Rubberduck bathrooms which was ordered in April and did not arrive until the end of May (no communication on this lead time). Only to find the box damaged and the rad inside. Rubberduck will not do anything about this as we are beyond are lead time of checking, I have never experienced such lack of customer services. I will never order from this company again!
