“I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to after receiving such great service. The guy on the phone listened as I rambled on about my issue then had the knowledge to suggest the best product and didn’t even become annoyed when I kept pushing to make sure this was a good product! It was dispatched about half an hour after my order had been placed, arrived the next day. And the best bit, it fits, it works and it is good quality. Also cheaper than Victorian Plumbing. Great company, wish I had known about them when we changed our en suite 6 months ago. Will keep them in mind for when we do the main bathroom. Thanks again!”

“Fantastic customer service, I ordered the wrong size radiator which had been waiting for my plumber, about to fit & we realised it wasn’t tall enough, spoke to Ashley who sorted out my dilemma no problem, they collected the radiator & delivered me the new one within 2 days, absolutely brilliant & so helpful. “They were really helpful and sent goods on a next day delivery despite it being right on the cut off point . They were also really good to me as I received a damaged panel which was caused by the courier and they managed to get me a refund despite it being a few hours after the refund deadline . Thank you for the review and the photograph of the wetwall. Looks great! Sorry about the delivery issue, im not sure as to what happened there but I will pass this on to the distribution manager and see if there was an issue (break down/accident) which delayed the delivery and see if there is anything we can do to try to improve the service in the future. “Our order of 3 Black Sparkle uPVC shower wall panels are exactly what we wanted. The installation of the panels was easy with edging that came from IPSL. The order arrived the next day, at the same time as the shower. The wall panels could be sawn, planed and drilled. We needed to use an additional 3 cartridges of fixing mastic to the 4 supplied, but that was readily matched from our local DIY store. It all looks fantastic and performs wonderfully.”

“Ordered three panels for shower enclosure. Was kept updated a few days prior to delivery and again on the day of delivery time. Only concern was the panels were not wrapped and had some damage but they had to be cut down slightly anyway so managed to avoid returning them. Now fitted they look stunning and are so easy to vax down and keep clean. Better alternative than keeping grout clean.”

“We have a large family bathroom and whilst the rest of the bathroom looked fine the shower enclosure was past its best and leaking. We had a slow leak from the hot water tap which made the tiles loosen inside the shower. Waterproof shower panels seemed the best route to go. The plumber removed the loosened tiles and fixed the damage walls with some waterproof adhesive (sorry can't recall what he used) but he said it would keep the wall dry and it leveled the walls. That was left to dry for 24 hours then he put up the Kalahari panels we ordered from Rubberduck. They look stunning. The shower enclosure will go up sometimes today. Uploading a photo I took last night - colour doesn't show up that well and the panels are the same colour. It just doesn't do it justice.”
