“U contacted RTC re damp issues in our house which included a rotten hallway floor which was scary considering the height underneath. We had a free survey and quote from another company but it didn't seem comprehensive enough. I had heard of RTC previously and it was highly recommended by a friend. From start to finish the service from RTC was very professional. Friendly efficient service on communicating with the office staff and the survey carried out by Sam was very professional & thorough. The work was carried out efficiently and tidied up on leaving. I had concerns about a couple of further little damp issues afterwards and RTC came out again within a week to do a post work survey and carried out some extra work without question. We still have some work to do on the house as per the recommendations and will have a further survey in a few months time to see how we are doing.”

“The lads arrived on time, they were polite and professional and covered the working area to protect it. The cleaned up as they went along and the finishing skim of plaster is like glass. Good service from my first contact until the after work contact. Would recommend”

“Great work done fast and superbly cleanly. RTC attended my house to survey and remedy some fungus which I initially found in the cellar wall. A survey identified that the fungus was not dry rot as I had feared, but something less problematic... but that some timbers were affected by damp-related things to the point where they were softened and visibly bowing. I am incredibly grateful that RTC were able to fit in treatment the next week, as we had a very tight timescale, and were able to replace several floor joists and improve the cellar ventilation in record time. Work was carried out according to schedule and budget. Some things that were particularly impressive were: * Proper survey first to determine the actual problem and root cause * Very good communication with the office, the surveyor, and the works team. * Treatment substances were low-odour, therefore good for the enclosed space of the cellar * Superb cleanliness during/afterwards * Advice on how to best re-insulate treated bits of the cellar * Guarantee against defects in work for 10 years Would happily recommend RTC to others.”

“I asked RTC to carry out a survey and they gave me a thorough and actionable report. They came and carried out extensive work inside my house to treat for damp. The arrived promptly, worked efficiently and finished on time. They also left the house very clean after dusty, dirty work.”

“Originally recommended by my surveyor after discovering damp in 5 rooms. All the RTC staff were friendly and did a great job in minimising the dust and mess with protected sheeting and flooring throughout the house Thr final result is excellent and a big call out to Steve for helping with moving a very heavy radiator and giving me tips on cauking. Highly recommend if you want a fairly priced job by hghly skilled employees and not subcontractors”

“From initial contact with the office, to the visit from the surveyor, the surveyors report which was very thorough as he actually went under the floors, the price for the work and the quality of the job itself was excellent. The surveyor Sam did an excellent job as was the repairs done by Dan and Karl. After the work was completed, I was contacted by the office to check that I was satisfied with work and the quality of the job, which I was. Professional all the way through with good customer service, made to feel I was important to their business. It's an old adage but big enough to cope and small enough to care fits the bill. Would use again and would have no reservation about recommending them.”

“From beginning to end the work was undertaken in a proffesional and efficient manner by skillful and knowledgable people. The workmen arrived when stated and left each day having tidied up and cleaned whereever possible.were. I have no hesitation in recommending R T C .”

“Had RTC in to do damp proof work in dining room and hall way turned up on time everyday kept my property as clean as they could even thought this is a messy job before leaving everyday they made sure all work areas we’re hovered and swept the staff I had at my property were really nice friendly hard working lads they answered all my questions if I ever need them in the future they will be getting a call and can I finish by giving Jack a shout as he was with us though out the works and he is a credit to RTC”
