"RTC installed damp-proofing and replastered our entire living room and half of the kitchen and we are extremely happy with the results. Jack and Matt managed to get it all done in 8 days, cleaning up after work each day so we were able to access the rooms during the evening. \r\n\r\nAs I work from home, I asked them to make sure the wifi router was kept on throughout and they were happy to help with that, so I had no issues with working through the time they were in the house. The lads were very approachable and friendly, and didn't mind me asking questions throughout the process. They would give me a run-down of the work done at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The work they did was clean and tidy and as I say, we were very happy with the results. \r\n\r\nThe rest of the team at RTC deserves a mention as well. Sam and Ben who gave the survey and contract meeting respectively were very helpful with my queries during the process. And Emma, Stacey and Hayleigh were all very helpful with assisting me before and after the work, either by phone or email. All in all, we'd definitely recommend RTC. "

"Delighted with the service. RTC installed a damp proof course and replastering at my house. The damp survey was professional, detailed and very clear on the work to be done with good accompanying explanations of the issues. The office is easy to contact, answering all my calls and returning them promptly if the person I needed to speak to wasn\u2019t immediately available. The technicians who performed the work were professional and worked fast and hard. They explained clearly all the steps and left the house clean every day. I am really please with the final finish and overall result. They were not the cheapest quote or survey I had, but at all steps were the most professional. Highly recommended."
