Next working day delivery (extra money paid) didn't happen and four days for refund to card. Not a good experience I'm afraid.

Customer service aftercare is rubbish. Thin bath not good quality!! Flimsy bath panel arrived with a huge crack which they exchanged after them offering me 20 pounds back if I kept it. We then fitted our bath with the plastic covering on to protect during installation but when we removed it, it was heavily scratched on the top, no exchange was offered they said we should have checked it thoroughly before installation. Lesson learned! We will never go through this company ever again. If I could give 0 star I would.

Very poor service. Had a faulty product and the service offered was disgraceful and demeaning. Not a company to trust.

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL BATHROOMS!! Bought a toilet from there and the design of the pan Is really bad that even toilet paper cannot be flushed through properly. Have had two independent plumbers round, checked this with two different cisterns and still the same issue. There's no issue with the cistern, it's simply the shape of the pan as the design is really poor quality from Royal Bathrooms. Tried to return or exchange, as a customer am NOT happy with this and Royal Bathrooms refuse to give me a refund or exchange and keep arguing with me. Clearly ignoring statutory rights! What happened with the customer is always right. By the way there is no official complaints procedure, when asked for this, they said that our email exchange is simply their 'official' complaints procedure - what amateurs. I am now without a workable toilet and lost money. Have tried to resolve this nicely and they're not having it and are really patronising. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM ROYAL BATHROOMS if you want to lose your money and have products that don't work!

Very poor service, lid was damage to to toilet unit, would not replace, blamed it on the delivery driver, would not recommend

Toilet not as described so had to send back.I was charged £20 for postage even though it was their fault entirely for the incorrect description bad customer service.

Useless product that does not fit, the only thing worse was the customer support tried blaming installers for everything but after countless emails they realised how bad the product was. Avoid like the plague!!

Item arrived damaged, didn't realise until it was fit and the plastic coatings removed. Tried to ask them to swap the damaged part, refused and offered me £10. Very poor customer service. You wouldn't have noticed the damaged piece until the item was fit and all the plastic covers removed. It's like purchasing a kitchen cupboard with doors, fitting it and them removing the plastic cover that covers the door itself to find damage. You wouldn't remove the plastic until it was fitted! I'm quite sure they have breached my consumer rights as well.

Products arrived faulty twice, with the same fault. Was told when I rang that we could fix it ourselves and it was easy - the unit was actually held together with pre drilled holes and dowels so not easy at all, and would have left gaps elsewhere in the unit. However, did manage to get a full refund and replies to emails were quick.

I order a bath I got sent me a bath panel .which his false advertising. than u had the cheek to change me to send it back

Sorry to say but the corresponding between the buying and delivery was terrible. We had to wait a lot longer for our delivery as said . Then we were told 2 different dates and different times.
