“Unfortunately i did not have the best experience, i would advise that you call them and speak with someone rather than using the website, and requesting them to check physical stock. Placed an order for some wheels which were in stock at the time, via the website, i was then contacted via e-mail informing me that the colour option was available, and they were unable to confirm an expected date, other colour options were advised. The payment was then taken from my account even though they knew they did not have stock.They were informed that although it was not ideal i would go with a different colour option, i was then informed they they wanted another £200 for the privileged, "this was never mentioned in the original e-mail", they would not honour the original price and suggest i waited, i think we all know that the wheels would never actually materialise and i would have been waiting forever. Ive since been on to the manufactures website and the wheels are no longer listed, available. Not the best comany to deal with!”

“Excellent service and parts from Rotashop...Customer service good also. My only concern is using Royal (useless) Mail as a courier,took me 2 attempts to get my wheels from them,waited in all day and they just couldn't be bothered to deliver,instead they marked it up as nobody home. DHL or DPD would be cheaper and safer.”
