“Great service, fast delivery. As a non commercial user, took a little while to fit. Is it possible to have short video on fitting or perhaps some instructions. Wasnt sure if they were fitted correctly ie. height adjustable in some way to even the balance out on table or possibly give it some extra height. Would I purchase from you again? Yes”

“Asked for 55m brass cups got 48m not big enough. £6 to deliver used 6 for front legs of chairs. Need extra size for back legs to expensive to send back other 6. Disappointed.”

“My order of 2 castors for a footstool was despatched promptly and delivered by the postman , all within about 2 days. Although a castor might sound unimportant, it wasn’t. I’d had to prop the broken / missing one with a stack of coasters in order to use the stool. I had also trawled round a few diy shops previously unsuccessfully. In future I will save myself the stress and order again from Ross Castors. Really pleased with the service. 5 stars 🌟”
