“Ordered wheel for wheelbarrow giving person on phone all measurements as instructed on website. When wheel arrived totally wrong and if I return it I have to pay postage. Will not be using again.”

“We originally ordered the wrong wheels, totally our mistake. Ross were very helpful through return process and received refund very quickly once we returned the wheels. Now have the correct wheels, again with their help as we couldn't find the right wheels initially. Delivery was fast. Customer service was amazing throughout. Would give 10 stars if we could.”
