“I was very impressed with Ross Castors whose product was accurately described and very good value. Delivery service was prompt but let down by the driver who left the parcel in the porch of a unoccupied care home (not at the correct address). He wrongly reported that the parcel had been delivered and received by me personally, which was untrue. I subsequently found the parcel having identified the property he had delivered to because it was recognisable from his photo! D T Wood”

“Efficient service and an excellent product. The Ross website is not easy to use; for example the product code is not obvious in the plethora of information surrounding it. Instead of putting all the information in a table form it would be easier if this were given once the castor has been identified”

“The castors are satisfactory and reasonably priced. The customer support however was excellent. Purchasing direct from Ross Castors was by far preferable than having to use Amazon: there was no pressure to subscribe to Amazon Prime! A welcome change. VJ”

“From order to delivery only 2 days, the quality of the item is excellent and was fitted in ten minutes ......... What more? Unfortunately, the packaging was severely damaged and had to be repaired by the courier luckily no damage was sustained to the items.”

“Very good communication tyre wasn’t in stock but they let me know but only took a couple of days extra tyre arrived just as described had it fitted within half an of it arriving”
