“Absolute rubbish! At first i thought they were great, plenty of emails acknowledgement of order, confirmation of dispatch, what time they will be delivered etc. Only problem, two casters (as ordered), no sockets to fit them in. Two emails sent - no reply. Phoned them 7 days ago, plenty of platitudes, oh sorry etc. Seven days later, still no sockets so casters totally useless. Unimpressed to say the least. If they can screw up a small order like this, goodness knows what they can do with a large one.”

“As my first experience of phoning an Order, there was some miss information about Delivery date, Order placed with you on the 9th Fedruary with Luke. I was told it would arrive on the Friday 12th. I phoned on Monday 15th spoke Shane, he told me the Items had been out of Stock when Ordered, they were now in stock and have been dispatched. They arrived on 17th February. I also received two invoices for different Totals. Other than that the Swervice was fine. I will look on your Web Page again if I need anything”

“It would be better if i could move the furniture a bit, for cleaning underneath. It's not possible to move furniture at all. The castors fall out of the cups if i tried to move furniture. They need to slide a bit along a wooden floor but not move when sitting down on the furniture.”
