“Absolutely delighted with every aspect of the service received from Ross Casters. Although there is an abundance of appropriate information on their web-site which significantly helped me establish relevant parameters for the replacements required, it was immensely reassuring to be able to speak to them and confirm my options. The advice received was clear, concise and professional. My order was promptly handled and the courier delivered the items very very quickly. A great service ... an excellent organisation ... highly recommended. "Thank you"”

“We recently purchased a batch of heavy duty castors for a project. Originally we just adopted a plan to order online, however, we expertly advised on our judgement of castor and realised we had selected the wrong unit for our application. This decision was paramount to the success of our project, so I strongly recommend you discuss your requirement with the Ross Team, who give excellent advice. The castors are perfect and we could not thank you enough for all your help and brilliant service. We strongly will recommend this company and the castors are very high quality, thank you Ross”

“i spent a long time trying to find the castors I needed:on line across many websites including well known retailers: they needed to be strong, not to high, correct bolt fitting already on the castor and with brakes. Then I found your website and the perfect castors were there. Website was easy to use, the castors were reasonably priced and arrived within 48 hours. cannot praise you enough !”
