“I ordered trailer tyres from Ross Handling. They were quality items from a well-known manufacturer. The price was competitive, but as tubes were supplied in addition the value was excellent. Then a further discount meant the deal was unbeatable. The delivery was quick. Overall I am very pleased with the service and items I received from Ross Handling Ltd.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. I am sorry to hear that the experience was not up to its usual standard. This is very disappointing for us to hear. We of course always aim to keep customers happy and deliver the best level of service we always strive to achieve. Unfortunately on this occasion, we did not manage to do so. Sadly at times, errors are made and we can experience delays with production which are out of our hands. Again I apologise for any inconvenience these issues caused and I hope we can rebuild our relationship with any future requirements. Please always feel free to contact our sales team who will always be happy to advise on lead times etc. Your feedback is appreciated and will be passed on to all departments to help improve processes moving forward.
