“Very good service and attention. There was a minor problem when an article was out of stock. The very acceptable substitute was very slightly cheaper than I had been charged. It was too much trouble (for me) to try to sort it out so I didn't.”

“I needed assistance in getting the correct replacement wheelbarrow wheel and axle. I phoned up and could not have dealt with anyone better. Talked me through all the options right down to delivery. All sorted and right item received on the arranged day. Highly recommend”

“brilliant website found exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately let down by delivery DPD had "unforseen circumstances" What ever that means!! I realize this has nothing to do with Ross Handling and fingers crossed it was just a one off. A part from that all good but still waiting for delivery 8 days at moment”
