“Ordinarily, I would throw away a kneeling seat with a broken caster. But after examination and one search on google, the simplicity of a replacement became blatantly clear. So I ordered 2 casters after accurate measurements and the rest was just so easy. Arrived as stated within 48hrs item was a perfect match and I now have a fully operational office seat for under a tenner. Great service and great website with every measurement required.....Many thanks”

“I use a 3.5-8 tyre and inner tube on my fishing barrow. I recently had a large split develop in the old tyre and was delighted that Ross Castors were able to supply a replacement tyre and tube in double quick time. Great service and support”
