“elegant high quality castors - look great on my antique chairs and work perfectly. I'm slightly worried about the rubber ring wearing with usage as it is so small and takes all the weight of the chair (and person). but the castors are not very expensive to replace”

“The service was excellent and everything of very good quality and they sent an invoice which is great but one of the new tyres doesn't have an inner tube so has someone pinched it in the meantime or did it come without an inner tube? I'm sure I'd have noticed when I unpacked the box but to be honest I didn't check them that closely but we'll never know the answer!”
