“Product was as per description on web site. Technical details section clearly provided all the necessary information. Product was well made and arrived in good condition. Arrived next day, as per fee paid. Courier provided timely estimated time of arrival information and arrived on time. It was also easy to stipulate a different delivery address to the billing address. Web site was easy to navigate to compare other products. Will use again.”

“Shepherd 50mm metal ball furniture castors. Plate fitting. Around £32.00 including vat and postage. Castors feel pretty solid metal (casting I think). They survived an accidental drop test, when the back of the settee fell the last 18 inches onto the carpet after I had fitted the castors. They came with 2 right and 2 left castors, so you can fit symmetrically. I could pull two of the castors off the pegs, to make fitting easier, but two castors were firmly fixed to the pegs. They swivel quite easily, so the settee is much easier to move. They are rather pricey, and I have seen similar on other web sites for around £16, not known if genuine though. I guess they are worth the 5 stars.”
