“Got fed up repairing punctures on my sack truck, searching for replacements came across Ross Castors which had the ideal replacement parts complete. Delivery was good, directly into the new year, only took ten minutes to carry out complete axle and wheel change with punctureproof wheels. Ideal!”

“I placed two orders on Amazon covering three items. Seller refused to deliver my orders to Aberdeen. I wasn’t informed of this when I ordered the items but several days later and after I had purchased other items to complete the project based on the use of the items in this order. Amazon wouldn’t let me submit a review, hence doing so here. Appalling service!”

“MY last review contained some criticism, I though I should add that Ross castors have put right the problem within 24hrs and delivered the correct part overnight. Well Done to all the team.”

“I ordered 4 castor tube adapters they were not delivered by the advised date. When I used them 3 were of the correct size and one was of a smaller size. the small one has had to be packed out in order that I could use it as I needed to complete the project. I did not have the time to wait for a replacement. Not your usual service.”
