“It seems ridiculous to ask for a survey before the goods ordered have even been delivered - what is the point? I suggest you review when you ask for these surveys to be completed so that they can bear some relevance. As regards the order, I was more than a little miffed that the P&P for order of two wheelbarrow handles (why should I be forced to buy two by the way when I only need one?) was exactly three times the price of the goods concerned. These plastic handles require no protective packing so sticking them in a large envelope and using a stamp (avoiding VAT too) would be much more efficacious and customer friendly solution.”
