“Spoke to the guy on the telephone and he assured me that the .5" hole would be ok for a .5" axle. It wasn't and I have had to purchase a drill bit to drill the holes out. This, on top of the price of the postage, made it a very expensive purchase. Will have to look elsewhere for my wheels!”

“Delivered quickly these castors are a perfect fit for my chair. Obviously I did measure the old ones before ordering and I chose to replace all rather than the single broken one because I wondered about the softer rubber tyres. Excellent choice as it turns out: they were easy to install, immediately run smoothly and quietly. The change is amazing, I hated the noise when moving the chair and had no idea it could be so quiet. I am very pleased, the only negative was the delivery charge which made the total cost close to £25 but overall it was a good purchase.”
