“Eventually, it was very good service. Trying to buy a wheel for my wheelbarrow, I couldn't find correct size. Contacted Ross buy email and got immediate reply with correct size. However, on trying to purchase the wheel on line, I found I couldn't do this as I wasn't able too as I wasn't a company. So had to buy it over the phone with the help of a very helpful lady. Very odd not being able to complete a purchase as an individual!”

“We made an error with our order from their website resulting in the incorrect wheels being delivered, so I made a telephone call to their customer service department who talked me through their website, to identify the correct wheels which we subsequently ordered online and returned the incorrect ones - all very efficiently. Highly recommend!”

“Hello, I received my order 1000201802 from you eventually as they were out of stock, however I returned them because they were the wrong size - my fault not yours. I explained this in a note enclosed with your wheels and subsequently with your support team. I enclosed one of the old wheels I was trying to replace and asked you to provide me 4 of those, paying any additional money accordingly. I have heard nothing since. Are you able to provide wheels similar to the one I sent or not? If not may I have a refund.”
