“Recently I bought a plastic handle from this company. It was a mistake. Not only was the handle provided without screws or info on screws ie the size etc, they could not tell me where to buy , i treid homebase and other hardware stores which means they are just not that easy to get. Ross charged me a big sum for a sparepart which i thought was incomplete, and when requested for advise, they came back with unhelpful reply. In addition i asked for a VAT invoice and they have the audacity to say that because i bought this online, they cant give me one. Are they helping individuals and businesses by having that attitude?”
