“I ordered a castor that arrived the next day and was of good quality but I had unfortunately ordered the wrong size. I returned it and got an immediate refund on my credit card, no questions asked. I will certainly use Ross Castors again. Great service.”

“Ordered square tube adapters, the picture on the website had wheels, so I thought that they would arrive like the picture, but no wheels. Also one of the adapters was broken. All in all, not impressed.”

“I bought set of M8 screw thread gliders from Ross Castors. We have new carpet and I used the gliders to replace spikes on my hifi loudspeakers. The gliders prevent damage to the floors in our lounge which the spikes make. The gliders are solid, good quality, arrived on time and were a very reasonable price compared with any hifi shop solution to the same problem.”

“I asked for a rubber ferrule to fit a specific sized stepladder leg. They supplied one that was too big. Their postage is very expensive so I did not return it but had to pact the leg to nake the ferrule fit. i would not have minded but I did ask for advice and this advice was poor. Also product very expensive. Hence to low score”

“Purchased 16 x M8 x 25 Rigid Adjustable feet for my living room suite due to the ones what had been fitted had fallen to bits. Probably due to inferior plastic used. I used to use Ross when I had a company and always found the products first class hence why I used on this occasion. The feet I purchased are more than adequate for the job and look as though they have been purchased with the suite. Ross are an excellent company to deal with, without the dramas. Super fast delivery as well.”
