“I ordered 8 castors. Received an email invoice for 6 having paid for 8. So, I telephoned about the invoice. Told two castors would follow. So, I asked when they would come, thinking they were out of stock. No, turns out they had other two in stock and could that they could have been sent out. The following 2 arrived a day later. Inconvenient as delayed the job and irritating as delivery cost was for two day delivery not 3 or more. The castors themselves are fine and as expected.”

“Was very confused but asked advice and, it seems it was good as I have a wheel that fits my barrow. Was reluctant to purchase online because of the high carriage rates, and tried another wheel from Screwfix which I had to adapt a bit to use. Although it was working, the adaption seemed to wear away a bit of plastic so ended up buying from here anyway!”
