“Now, that is what I call service. I know it is hardly your biggest ever order, probably the smallest but I just had to say a big thank you. I was so pleased to find you online to solve a problem with two wheelbarrows and replacement wheels that had been supplied but erroneously described therefore the bore hole was way too big. When I phoned your sales guy he listened, so rare these days, understood and discussed the problem and solutions even suggesting one I had not thought of. I took his suggestion of buying two for each wheelbarrow and will cut them to size, much better than packing out with washers. Was expecting delivery the following Monday but when they arrived the next day, brilliant. Doesn't take much effort to be nice and helpful which you guys were, thanks again.”

“These do work. I only got three light duty 6 inch rubber, two with brakes, noting that the entire telescope and mount is less than a third of the duty weight per wheel. Now my 12 inch dobsonian is mobile, carrying the thing around would be impossible”

“Good service from Luke & Tim when DPD let them down - DPD did not even attempt delivery of the parcel before returning it to Ross Handling. Luke arranged for a new consignment to be sent out via FedEx which arrived the next day. If you are ordering - request delivery from FedEx !!”

“A point I wish you to amend. The thickness of the not cast to the stem is extreamly thin you cannot get a standard thickness open ended spanner onto the nut to hold it while tightening the loose nut and get a secure fixing.”
