“Bought two tyres and inner tubes for our small garden trailer. Excellent advice on the phone when placing my order as initially on their Website I had chosen a lesser spec tyre. Delivery was exactly when they said it would arrive. All in all a great experience and would recommend this company.”

“Order came quickly and when promised. Web-site gave sufficient information for ordering though more dimensions always welcome. Casters fitted and seem an improvement on the originals for this Parker Knoll reclining armchair. Very pleased so far.”

“This was a perfect transaction, the online description was superb and the items were despatched quickly. The wheels that arrived were exactly as I had ordered them but due to my miscalculations they were not right for the job I had undertaken. This was not the fault of Ross Handling or of the product, merely being that I did not ask for the dimensions of the spindles. Ross Handling returns are simple and I have returned the items to them and am awaiting the refund, but that always takes a while for any company. If I need wheels in the future I will make sure of every measurement before clicking on Buy. We all learn from past mistakes.”

“I bought two casters for an old American rocking chair which I had re-upholstered, they were perfect for what I wanted and finish the chair beautifully! The only disappointment was that there were no screws provided to secure the caster from working loose, they are quite small holes so I might have trouble finding some.”
