“Just bought a new wheelbarrow wheel from Ross Castors. Who knew there were so many different wheels??? Ross Castors web site is very comprehensive, easy to use, and has just the right amount of detail. I quickly found the product I needed it, it was great value and was delivered very quickly. Overall, great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.”

“Just poor service. Ordered twice and both orders have been two weeks late. Mis-pick wrong item sent. Promised phone call to undate then did not phone. Waited in all day for delivery and it had not been dispatched. I know covid 19 delays supply but there is no excuses for poor service.”

“Wheelbarrow wheel is very good and fits perfectly. However I do have an issue regarding the carriage. Your website states that an item such as mine (weight under 4kg) carriage is £6 (no mention of vat). I was invoiced for £7.95 +vat a total of £9.54 which was half the price of the wheel. I think your website needs modifying in order to show clearly how the carriage charge is calculated for a private purchaser. Regards John Bell”
