“I had never dealt with this firm before, but needed some heavy duty castors for an outside project, I am doing. I rang the Customer Services Department for advice on the sort castors I would require and the gentleman was very helpful. I went ahead and ordered what I was advised and was delighted that my order was delivered the very next day. The quality of the castors looks very good. I have yet to fit them, but I am sure that the build quality will be just right for my project. I would highly recommend Ross Castors for a good quality product and excellent service.”

“I found the website quite easy to use, identified the parts I needed and placed the order. The goods arrived well packed and on time. There was some confusion over which courier was delivering them but this was probably due to the Covid-19 emergency.”

“There was muddle over whether the order was in stock after I enquired about progress. Office staff were overrun with work but eventually an alternative that was in stock was found and dispatched with speed and efficiency.
