“The Ross website is easy to navigate and order from. The order was fulfilled satisfactorily, but as they use DPD as a courier, delivery was delayed by three days as DPD appear not to able to read the simplest of instructions, so knocking off 2 stars. Will use again, but only if they change their courier.”

“The service and delivery have been excellent. Sent exactly what was ordered in the timeframe they said they would. I only wish my attention to detail was as good as theirs as I ordered the wrong size castors which was my error and have used them for a different job.”
