“I was disappointed with Ross Castors, after I placed my order and paid for the item plus express delivery I received a call to say the item was out of stock but due in that afternoon so delivery would be a day late! After lots of e-mails I received the item a week after I placed the order and they had to send it next day delivery. I could have ordered the item from various other suppliers offering free delivery in 5-7 days.”

“You should market what I purchased as replacement feet for a pop up gazebo as the 22mm tube fits inside the original 25mm tube with 4 holes for fixing down if required into decking.Did exactly what I wanted even if I did pay for two lots of postage. I originally needed 1 replacement, but bought a spare.When they were exactly what I needed,bought another 2.Thanks for a good prompt service too.It makes a change.”
