“Having looked on the Internet I decided to buy from Ross Castors and the quality is superb although I could have purchased from others at the same price less postage cost's but whether the quality would be as good I don't know. I would certainly recommend Ross Castors/Ross Handling.”

“Excellent service. Easy to navigate website. Good communication - An email informed me when delivery was due. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong castors for my furniture. I hadn't realised they were not load bearing. But they were happy for me to return them and refund the cost.”

“I had someone called Charlotte who assisted me to find the right castors she was brilliant as l had made a mistake with my local shop and brought the wrong ones.She went though the site to find the right dimensions she was efficient,polite and helpful seeing that l am hard of hearing. Thank you The castors look lovely .”
