“Ross Castors very efficiently sent a replacement rubber wheel for my Wheelie Bin. It was a fair price and arrived the next day. My local council (who seem to own the bins) were robotically unresponsive. So.....THANKYOU, Ross Castors. PAS”

“The castors I ordered were perfect for the job. They look great. My only issue is that the castors were not protected from one another for delivery. It meant that the black powder coated finished on every castor (4 ordered) was scratched. Delivery was late due to low stock. I was made aware prior.”

“I purchased tyres, then I was told afterwards that they were out of stock and in production. A week later I received a message that delivery was about to occur, then the following day I was told there was an unexpected problem with the delivery. 2 days later delivery was made without any further issues and product was perfect. Just confusion throughout the process but product as described and price was very good. Saying all of the above, I will return to purchase tyres again in the future.”
