“I ordered the wrong wheel by mistake and when I rang Ross Casters they could not have been more helpful and polite. They gave me a full refund and then I ordered what I needed. A great company, I would recommend them to anyone. John Galloway”

“Although Paypal acknowledged order almost immediately, Ross did not but confusingly after a few days sent me a reminder of items remaining in my basket. Emails and phone calls eventually straightened this out but their automated acknowledgment of payment did not work on this occasion and it was only after several working days that a copy of the receipt arrived. The castors look excellent and are obviously of a high quality.”

“Previously bought a set of four castor wheels 260-3360-PP which worked well for ages on coach wash but the second set I bought to replace them only lasted a week before the deformed!! Have now replaced them with 200-500-HRT, fingers crossed they last longer”

“Very pleased with product, size is better than expected. Casters are used to make trollies so as to move machinery around a large workshop, this brings the implement to the loader indoors and saves room. A good service so far.”
