“I needed to replace two old pneumatic tyres and their metal wheels for use on a garden trailer. Puncture proof on plastic hubs 400-8 was my requirement. Ross Castors website was the most practical that I found. From the website I narrowed the choice to a couple of options and gave them a ring. I was answered immediately by a very helpful chap and chose what turned out to be a very well made wheel. This was delivered by DPD quite promptly; they were also very helpful. Any future requirement of this nature I will return to Ross Castors – excellent service.”

“Rapid delivery of robust functional item as described. Blackthorn wreaked havoc with pneumatic tyres but a solid wheel works. Excellent.”

“I needed castors for my pizza oven in my takeaway, that also raised the oven by 7 inches. I rang Ross and explained the problem. Within minutes he solved the problem. He was so easy to talk to and he knew his products. So easy to buy, next day delivery. Castors on and fantastic. Best company I've purchased from.”
