“not off to a good start 1st order sent wrong items had to return at my cost and await a refund re ordered the correct items and paid for next day delivery but faild to arrive received th day after”

“I am still waiting to receive the order and so unable to comment on the enjoyment. Was disappointed by the lead time on delivery which I do not think wwas sufficiently emphasised at the pint of order.”

“Always a pleasure to deal with Ross Handling. I've bought castor wheels for office chairs - stylish and a good price. If there is an issue with the order e.g., out of stock, someone gets in touch quickly and provides an accurate estimate for when they will be able to fulfil the order. Last time this happened, it was within a week.”

“I purchased a SUP trolley from Ross Handling Ltd who were fantastic. The product was and still is top quality and at a great price the ordering was simple and straight forward. “Very quick delivery of tyres. Regrettably one of the tyres was miss-sharpen from storage, but a little while in the sun and the tyre quickly resumed its natural shape. Tyre not damaged by couriers. Now on the wheel and the mower is in working order again. Staff very helpful. Would use again.”
