Don’t think it is very good how you send very large/ heavy pallets on lorries for delivery with no means off offloading. You expect your customer to be about to unload a 3metre, 200kg pallet themselves ….. also with no prior warning that this will be the case.

I have two units from roof lights but The inner glass on one my units shattered.The customer service department very helpful and efficient .The company replaced my unit very quickly.It was a very positive experience.I would buy from them in future and have no hesitation in recommending both the product and customer service.

Whilst the roof light quality seems to be fine the packaging was inadequate. See attached photos. Protective blocks lost/knocked off in transit. Once the protection has been removed any damage to the frame will be advised.

I was Tight on my Budget for the job i am doing i Asked for a trade discount [i have been a building contractor for 40 years] no chance yet apparently if you have a promo code ??? good product tho , nominated supplier

I can't comment on the rooflight as I haven't received it yet! As for service: NONE. I wanted to order by phone but the only way was online. Very dissapointed in this service.

Website clear, payment easy but I'll be a lot happier when I get an email response about a potential delivery date. So far just one auto generated emails acknowledging payment.

Nice looking Windows but tech advise on sizes was as much use as a handbreak in a canoe

Delivery is expensive and then when the delivery turns up the driver is on the phone asking you to get to the delivery address immediately to help him lift it,very inconvenient !

I have purchased a rooflight from you previously and this week purchased a large 3x1m rooflight. I placed my order on Monday and the rooflight was delivered yesterday. I am extremely satisfied with the product and the assistance I received when speaking to your sales team. The reason I have given the review a low rating is that I did not receive a call or email to let me know when the rooflight would be dispatched. It is large rooflight and I was advised a 4-5 man lift and therefore I would have needed to have organised for additional assistance to be available to lift. I am pregnant and therefore unable to lift such an item and luckily a few bricklayers were still around even after 4pm to assist. In future I would be grateful for a call to confirm delivery times.

We try to ensure that all of the products featured on rooflights.com are held in stock at all times so that they are available for immediate despatch. According to my records, your order was placed on the 27th May 2015 using our 3 day economy service and delivery was scheduled for the 29th May. Ordering via website was good, quick turnaround for in stock items. However more technical information concerning measurements of product needed. Had to phone up to find out the internal opening size for rooflight which is pretty important as it determines what size your upstand is. Also still awaiting phone call from customer service (as promised) if delivery will be AM or PM...again pretty important as somebody needs to be there to sign for product!

Staff not interested in seling over the phone and not helpfully . Tried to order on phone and was told you can order online which I didn't want to do because of credit card charge. Asked for pro former so I could pay by bacs, still not received it (not interested ) David 07917133930
