Ordering via website was good, quick turnaround for in stock items. However more technical information concerning measurements of product needed. Had to phone up to find out the internal opening size for rooflight which is pretty important as it determines what size your upstand is. Also still awaiting phone call from customer service (as promised) if delivery will be AM or PM...again pretty important as somebody needs to be there to sign for product!
