Delivery missing kerb trims, warehouse forgot to put them on pallet apparently. Had team ready to install but unable to do so, very frustrating as now have to go back.

Still not received the rooflight despite being told it was arriving on Thursday, then before 10 on Friday and chasing continually. No apology and very poor communication on the issue or solution.

Upto the point of sale Rooflights.com were very impressive. Kim in sales was very attentive and careful to secure our purchase. Unfortunately post sale things started to unravel. The delivery date was advised earlier than anticipated by Kim and had to be re-arranged for 4th May. Yesterday, 4th May, rooflights did not appear and our project has been delayed. We still don't have the rooflights. Rooflights.com system seemed unable to accommodate any change to dates which is frustrating and frankly poor.

I asked for delivery date before ordering and made plain that I could only order if product was available for delivery the following week. This was confirmed but after payment made delivery was delayed twice as ‘out of stock’ and ‘driver can’t make it’. Either deliberate deception to get the sale or woeful customer service. I incurred extra cost moving roofer dates. Finally driver couldn’t lift product on delivery and expected my wife to help him !! Rubbish

Windows were fine and as expected from a simple roof light. On installation and after morning mist the client noticed large rings on glass clearly from a suction pad. The marks are incredibly difficult to remove. Poor response from company and has now cost me money as unsatisfied client means my company loses money and reputation on a high end extension.

We moved into a new conversion with one of these sliding roofs in Feb 2011. It broke April 2012 and would not close. The call out fee is over £200 paid up front, usual no committment to when they will come, take the day off work and wait. 45 minutes and a new battery. September 2014 broke again same problem. £214 call out, wait, less than 5 minutes- different repairer altered the power settings. Says batteries unlikely to fail. Lovely when it works. Very expensive maintenance and repairs. Might be cheaper if you live in Diss but somehow I doubt it.

Some repeat delays in delivery, but as we had some slack time before fitting this wasn't a major problem. Notification of problems was handled well. However, my builder advised that he had problems fitting the window due to the clearance between the outer and inner frame. Also, now that we are experiencing colder mornings, we are getting a lot of condensation build-up on the internal pane and the sleeving which is dripping down onto our kitchen surface/floor. I thought the window was double-glazed, but obviously not, or not enough to prevent condensation. In retrospect, I perhaps should've gone for something from Velux.
