“We moved into a new conversion with one of these sliding roofs in Feb 2011. It broke April 2012 and would not close. The call out fee is over £200 paid up front, usual no committment to when they will come, take the day off work and wait. 45 minutes and a new battery. September 2014 broke again same problem. £214 call out, wait, less than 5 minutes- different repairer altered the power settings. Says batteries unlikely to fail. Lovely when it works. Very expensive maintenance and repairs. Might be cheaper if you live in Diss but somehow I doubt it.”

“Wonderful view of blue skies. Floods our hall with light. Does just what you said it would do. Only frustration was the sudden 250 pounds delivery charge at the end of the ordering process (due to the weight no doubt) BUT they then turned up with only one man in the lorry ,expecting me to help at 59 years of age. Nearly killed me but I managed - just! Well done with a great design. Chris Saunders West Wickham, Kent.”

“Originally I was buying from another window company but my builder never ordered it and sadly disappeared with the window money. I needed a window quickly as I had a large gap in my roof and the original company would take a month to send the window. I contacted Glazing Vision and I got the window the same week. The service was excellent and I am so far happy with the window. It has only been in for 4 months so I have not seen how it fares in the winter.”

“Used GV on recommendation of our architect. Pleased with the product - two 1500mm x 1500mm. Did see cheaper elsewhere but have no idea whether quality was comparable. Only negative is the cost of delivery. Perhaps with different packaging a smaller and less costly vehicle could be used if they did not need to be transported on a flat bed.”

“Nice product, modern minimalist flush roof lights. Felt a bit shafted by high delivery costs (250 quid) after paying over 2K for the two roof lights. Also driver showed up on his own so I had to help him carry the heavy roof lights! Nice product but please sort out delivery!!”

“Staff not interested in seling over the phone and not helpfully . Tried to order on phone and was told you can order online which I didn't want to do because of credit card charge. Asked for pro former so I could pay by bacs, still not received it (not interested ) David 07917133930”

“Some repeat delays in delivery, but as we had some slack time before fitting this wasn't a major problem. Notification of problems was handled well. However, my builder advised that he had problems fitting the window due to the clearance between the outer and inner frame. Also, now that we are experiencing colder mornings, we are getting a lot of condensation build-up on the internal pane and the sleeving which is dripping down onto our kitchen surface/floor. I thought the window was double-glazed, but obviously not, or not enough to prevent condensation. In retrospect, I perhaps should've gone for something from Velux.”

“Prompt delivery of the stock item. The rooflight looks great now it is installed Disappointed at £250 for delivery - good job we didn't need 2 - that would have been £500 delivery! - hard to justify.”

“We purchased a rooflight for the total sum of £1678.80. When the goods were unpacked a couple of days after delivery the corner of the rooflight was significantly damaged but when we corresponded with the Company they were not interested and said: 'Section 7.2 of the terms and conditions does state that ‘The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the Goods during transit’. ' Despite the fact that we thought that the rooflight must have been damaged prior to packaging the Company were not interested. I would strongly recommend not using this Company.”
