Originally I was buying from another window company but my builder never ordered it and sadly disappeared with the window money. I needed a window quickly as I had a large gap in my roof and the original company would take a month to send the window. I contacted Glazing Vision and I got the window the same week. The service was excellent and I am so far happy with the window. It has only been in for 4 months so I have not seen how it fares in the winter.
