“The reason I have not left a good review is because. When I called to get some advice and support for the product I purchased. I found the member of of staff I was talking to was really quite sort with me and couldn't wait to palm me off to the website. the reason for the phone call in the first place to make sure I was getting the right dome So back to the website to order up the product hoping I've got the right one. and what pops up in the bottom of the screen. live chat icon, when no more than 10 minutes previous a member of staff couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I've still yet to fit this product to one of my jobs so I'm hoping it will fit”

We work hard to ensure that our website is the best source of information on our products but I understand that sometimes a friendly voice on the phone is needed. We, unfortunately, can't process orders over that phone which does mean that we have to redirect people to the website.
