“Obviously I was a bit fly, as I was ordering the bars for an Astra H Estate, as they are not shown as availble for the Astra H van. I was positive the kit would fit my van as the two vehicles in those body styles are identical as far as the roof is concerned. That has been borne out now that I have fitted the kit. I would suggest TRBC amend their website as they could be losing sales, although I also know that these models are now considered old. I called and the guy I spoke with was really knowledgable and confirmed that I had chosen the correct accessories etc. I would recommend this company. They have knowledgeable staff and they sell quality products. Thank you.”

“I have been purchasing from The Roof Box Company for many years. From roof bars and bike carriers to a tow bar bike rack and roof box. The quality of the products is excellent and the customer service is exemplary. I recently purchased some new roof bars for a new car so I could fit my roof box and take my daughter to university. Unfortunately the roof bars weren’t supplied with the correct fittings for my car as advertised. Customer service reacted quickly but after checking stock, all the roof bars weren’t missing the correct fixings. They asked to select an alternative roof bar system and rushed it overnight so I could fit them to the car, fit the roof box and get my daughter to Uni on the required date. I’m a director of customer services for a large electronics firm and I appreciate great customer service. Couldn’t rate this company highly enough.”
