“Ordered additional keys for a Thule car bike rack. Item was easy to find on the Roof-Bars.co.uk website using the key ref. number and the order was placed without any difficulty. Keys were delivered promptly although I did feel that the postage fee of £6.95 was excessive on an order of around £9 and given that the small package contained just two very small keys. Nevertheless, the keys did arrive quickly and importantly securely, which I was very satisfied with. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to recommend Roof-Bars.co.uk”

“Very good quality bars, instructions are good if you follow them properly could be helpful if they marked the feet left and right but once the wingbars are put into the feet you see how they go onto roof and everything else is easy to follow”

“Order arrived in good time and all parts present and in working order. The YouTube tutorial was helpful and the assembly went without issue. The product feels sturdy, good quality and secured (using the Honda CRV extra attatchment parts) easily to the roof rails. Happy with the purchase.”

“Roof bars were great the product but the product Option A - THULE Roof Rack For HYUNDAI Santa Fe (TM) 5-Door SUV 2018-2024 With Flush Rails (SQUAREBAR) × 1 Absolute rubbish there is nothing to hold the slide bar in place and due to the weight it just knocks the end lug off, luckily it did not damage my car. I have purchased some replacement some rubber strip and fitted that.”

“I bought the 3 Bike Thule rackwith 4th Adaptor from Roof-bars.co.uk. Due to an issue with the 3rd party courier it was intially sent to the wrong address, I contacted the team at Roof Bars who responded very quickly and sorted the issues with no hassle whatsoever and my package arrived as and when expected. They then followed up to see if it had arrived, excelent customer service! Would reccomend”
