“The company were very flexible over delivery. The door arrived without a problem. Because the measurements are very specific when ordering, the door fitted perfectly and the instructions were easy to follow to set it up. Has worked perfectly since it was installed. Very happy with it and happy to recommend. Good price too!”

“Great product, super easy to self install, and great value too. Instructions are clear and the guy that delivered the doors was very knowledgeable and gave some great key top tips. Although the lead time was quite long due to pandemic, the scheduled delivery week given was the week they arrived. All in all, excellent!”

“Quality not as good as expected. Plastic attachments, connecting the curtain to roller, work loose. One came completely off mine and bent the top slat. Rollerdor did not cover under warranty but did send out a new connector FOC. Also, the metal box is too thin, causing it to not remain straight and flaps in the wind, making contact with the curtain. I complained about this only to be offered strengthening plates at extra cost. My opinion the box needs an extra fold in manufacturing for rigidity.”

“Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff when I spoke to them over the phone to arrange my new door. The finished door looks amazing and easy to fit if your good with basic DIY. Already recommended to my friends and call me sad but love watching it go up and down at the touch of a button.”

“I am extremely pleased with my new rollerdor. It has made a tremendous improvement to the property and works very well. Installation was challenging for me and my wife, both in our 70's . I hoisted the box into place with a haltrac hoist bought for £1 at a car boot. Setting up was simple but some of the installation instructions were hard to follow for a beginner. I think I could do the next one! in a few hours. R.A.”

“The door was delivered within the promised delivery window by a friendly helpful driver who had good product knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to fit with only a little help needed to lift the roller box into position. I am delighted with the finished door.”
