“Ordered to replace gates and to fit a roof over to build a utility area. Customer service spot on when I had to phone through nw measurements and delivery prompt to the date advised. No damage on receipt and fitted easily by my employed fitters. A good product at a great price, I would use again.”

“The installation of my door happened exactly in the time frame specified. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and no waste (including my old door and hinges, frame etc) were left behind. We've been really enjoying the new door - we can open easily using the remote from the house. We opted for a much taller door so that we can take ladders in and out of the loft of the garage. The custom RAL paint colour exactly matches my house. Really really impressed.”

“My door was not new nor did I have to arrange a return but owing to my own silly mistake I put something out in the roller section which prevented the door from shutting. The admin and engineer staff were not only very kind but were quick to come out to me to put things right.”

“Ordering door and everything went fine turned up when it was supposed too. However when the deliverey driver turned up my door is off a 4.8 meter length and didnt fit in the van so had been bashed about it. The main letdown for me was there was quite a few scratches and one dent to the actual roller curtain which is visible on the outside tried to email to no response. Doors a good product and been reliable installation is quite simple just a shame it was damaged.”

“We’ve had our door over four years and it has been basically a good part of a bigger project. All the staff have been exceedingly helpful when we’ve had issues, including sending through excellent technical information to help us through. However, we’ve been disappointed about regular breakages to the straps which attach the door itself to the roller, often causing the safety brake to trip out (a 2 man job on ladders to fix) and causing some cosmetic damage to the door itself. I’m getting tolerably proficient at getting things working again, but would rather not have the issues in the first place.”
