“Excellent customer service. Very helpful. Came out to measure so door fitted perfectly. Two fitters on the day where very polite and efficient. Recommend the company to everyone. Will use again for another garage door in new year.”

“Really pleased with my new garage door. Although I ordered online, I also spoke to the customer service just to check my order. The delivery was earlier than quoted, which suited me. Choice of colours and great value for money.”

“Very good service from start to finish. From order to delivery only took about 2 weeks. Fitted double garage door myself, took a while to work out adjusting the electric opening and closing but on the whole straight forward to fit. Shopped around for best deal with some companies not getting back to me but rollerdoor was excellent from the beginning. Would recommend”

Glad to hear that you think our product is good, we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed that the garage door does not close with one press of the fob. The doors come as standard as hold to run close. This is currently mentioned on our website. However, we will look to make this clearer in the future.

“The roller door I purchased was/is just great. I would like to complain, but there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Purchased the kit as a self-install, it went perfect although I mounted the roller first as I had enough head room, then removed the old door, then slid the door guides up and in, and screwed to the wall. 20Mins later it was working, the only slightly fiddly bit was setting up the top and bottom limit switch, but this really is being critical. Would I buy again, yes, I am trying to talk my mate into doing his so I can help out fit it... I would like the indoor side to be white, just to make it a bit brighter, as I got the rosewood. Fantastic product. D.S. from near Pickering”

“My dealings with Follerdor came about due an internet search for replacent remote controller. It turned out that my original was an ancient thing on ano longer used radio frequency. The man I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. I purchased a new receiver unit plus two remotes at a reasonable price. They were quickly delivered and when I rang again to ask for assistance with fitting the original wiring into this new unit I received patient and polite help. Saved me several hundred pounds versus the quote from a local firm to do the same job as I did myself! System works perfectly now with old door and moter and new RollerDor transmit and receive items.”

“Website, ordering and delivery all very good. Phone queries answered efficiently. Pre- programmed door and electronics did not work as I got another customers kit box. Instructions for manual programming were OK but not in a very logical order. Looks good and works well. It 'chatters' in strong winds and feels a bit flimsy. I would not keep anything valuable behind this door. You would need a stronger model for that. A few months in, the door failed to stop going up, causing strap and slat damage. This was deemed not to be a warranty claim! If it happens again, I will certainly persue this furthur.”
