“Basically used to source spare parts for my Roller Door installation (Crocodile). Very easy to identify what was required from the Rollerdor website, items dispatched very promptly and of course at a competitive price. All in all a very good service and one that I would recommend.”

“I really love my new garage door. It's been in for about 6 months and still looks great. I fitted it myself with minimum hassle. I've subsequently bought additional remote fobs which was very straightforward. Thanks guys & girls. D.Godwin Wiltshire”

“I am more than happy with my new Rollerdor garage door. From the moment of my first telephone enquiry through to the actual fitting, the service was superb and could not be faulted I am particularly pleased with the quality of the door and it's smooth operation. The two fitters were very professional and made an excellent job of fitting it at the appointed time.”

“Apart from mechanism being 15cm oversize everything was fine. It works well and would have been simple to install if instruction manual was clear what related to what. Not a problem if having it installed by their men but a little annoying for self install. The door and its operation is excellent.”

“Well impressed with friendliness and helpfulness, door and track arrived safely via their own transport. Fitting was straightforward particularly as I was installing within steel work. When I inadvertently set the up stop to low I was talked through the procedure no problem. Have already recommended them to friends. Thanks guys. p.s. facia not yet finished off”

“I am delighted with my Rollerdor garage door. My old door was such hard work trying to shut it, but this one works by remote and is a real pleasure. The men were very nice and fitted it in 2 hours. Also, l'm thankful for the security it gives me.”

“Just installed an RD77 roller door, the door looks really good and runs up and down extremely smoothly. The price I believe to be extremely fair for the product purchased. All in all I’m extremely happy and would recommend to others. One negative is the instructions, I followed them and got to the end goal, however I also reviewed several competitors videos on YouTube for helpful hints. I’m sure you would benefit from creating and posting an installation video of your own.”

“Bought the DIY Rollerdoor in Black, although a good product a few things that I'm no too happy about, one of the key fobs the down button doesn't work hopefully they will just send a new one. Main issue is that the top cover has no strength in the middle, fitted as per instructions but the cover has rubbed the door in the middle causing a lot of scratches, phone them company for advice was told to wedge the top so that the cover moves away from the door works but now the inside cover wont fit, disappointed as the door now looks poor and has taken me months to save up for.”

Unfortunately, there is little we can do about the scratching you have reported as the door was not installed by us but we hope that the solution offered will prevent further scratching. As for the handset, please do send it back to us with your contact and order details. We can then test and repair or replace it if it is still in warranty.
