“I was very happy with the ordering process and all was ready for installation, as and when advised. And I was very happy with the installation, until we had a problem with the fitter assuming that we didn't require a manual opener, because it was not on his work sheet, but rather than checking with either me or the site foreman this was not fitted. So therefore we had to then arrange for him to return as soon as possible to fit one. Once the manual handle was fitted, it was only apparent after a couple of days that this was fitted very poorly and therefore we had to, once again, get somebody back to rectify the issue.”

“Smaller than expected but functional. The dead man setting is good to help prevent damage. The only problem was the fiddly connectors but I am used to that.”

“The staff at Rollerdor were very polite, friendly and helpful. I bought two doors and as I intended fitting them myself was very pleased with the fitting advice given and quality of the installation manual and Internet videos. I was shown the workshop and saw for myself the merits of the doors. They have been fitted a couple of months now and I must say they are first class. They were easy to fit and set up and the operation and quality very good. One neighbour has already followed suit and I would highly recommend the company and their product.”

“After removing the old garage doors my son and I installed the Roller Door in just under 2 hours which surprised me how easy it was. It works perfectly, my only regret is that I hadn't decided to do this sooner as it is effortless to operate. I would recommend this product to anyone who are thinking of replacing their garage door.”

“I ordered two roller shutter doors for my garage. The fitter, who has fitted several doors before, followed the instructions precisely. However the frames into which the doors roll up were both slightly buckled when they came out of the packaging. He fastened them in place and the doors rolled up and down fine. However, where they both bowed out slightly, the doors began to get scratched as they went in and out. I contacted customer services and got very short shrift. Eventually the fitter glued the frames against the garage bricks all the way along and this stopped the problem, but I am left with two very scratched doors. Rollerdor customer services in the shape of Colin Browne just said it was all the fitter's fault as the instructions clearly say to glue the frame in place. The instructions do not say this and what's more the fitter has not had to do this with any of the other doors he has fitted so how could he have known this one needed it?”
