“Requested multiple times for an external override to be fitted with door, and unfortunately one was not fitted. It was because after much chasing the original quote was changed and the override was missed off. After emailing promptly about the issue, i was told that its not an issue as if i had a power cut, i would just have to wait for the power to come back on then i could open it! Not been able to fully close the garage now as worried about being to re open as the main fuse box is in the garage. So garage is insecure, my daughters room above is freezing for another two weeks as this is the soonest appointment available. Not overly impressed. Told the fitter would ring me on the day, but they didnt as incorrect number on system, taken days for the rescheduler to contact me.”

“Roller door is a family firm and has given me excellent service. From the time they brought samples for my husband and myself to look at right through to maintaining the two garage doors they fitted for us. After my husband passed over, when something went wrong with one door, (because of my mistake) they drove all the way to Bath to rectify it for me. I can highly recommend them for their professional service and subsequent after care.”

“Rollerdor is a good company to deal with. The product I purchased, a 77mm insulated roller garage door, is very good quality. The door is well engineered and looks very smart when fitted. Delivery was efficient and on time. I fitted the door myself without any problem. One question I asked about wiring was answered promptly and accurately.”

“We had many quotes from different companies but we chose roller door based on professionalism of staff, honesty and efficiency. Very pleased with our roller door and when I made a silly mistake with the key fob I called up for support and was helped over the phone. Great door, great service. Happy customers.”

“I needed to replace the control box for my roller garage door. The guys who fitted my door said it would be £300 - I am so glad I called roller Door’s as I was given some sound advice , bought a control box and 2 remotes for £40 and fitted it myself . Good people to deal with .”
